モカ色球は、かくまで甘し。

VALVO 329A ( same as WE329A )

この球は、購入元からWE329A(WE311A)と同じと聞いていたので鳴らしてみることにしました。

Hello!

I had heard from tube's owner that VALVO 329A was the same as WE329A.

I decided to sound this tube.

左から WE 329A 、VALVO 329A　クリアグラス、ブラウングラス

Left WE329A ,Center VALVO 329A ,Right VALVO 329A ( Brown Glass )

こんなアダプターを作りました！

I made these adapters.

This adapter changes VALVO 329A into WE329A.

３Ωの抵抗を抱かせています。これは、311Aのヒーター電圧10Vを３２９Aの7.5Vに落とす為です。

またピンの数が異なります。

VALVO 329Aは６ピンですが、Western Electric 329A は５ピンです。

このアダプタに使ったソケットですが、使えなくなった真空管を分解したものを使いました。

This adapter has 3Ω register.

Because 311A's heater is 10V,but 329A's heater is 7.5V .

And WE329A(same as 311A) is 5 pins but VALVO 329A is 6 pins.

This adapter's socket used to socket of the broken tube.

そしてこれらを使った状態が下の写真です！

If these items used, it will become like a photo!!!

これで同じ球というぐらい音の変化が楽しめました。

外観がここまで異なれば当然かもしれませんね（笑）

ビルエバンスはこの球の方が好みでした！

VALVO 329A plays good Bill Evans more than WE329A's sound at my audio system.

Sound is very sweet tone....
